Tiramisu sounds like a restaurant dessert, but it’s honestly just coffee-dipped cookies layered with cream. No eggs, no oven, no stress — just chill (literally).

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 20–24 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Whip the cream, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla till thick.
  • Dunk ladyfingers in coffee — quick dip, don’t soak!
  • Layer cookies, spread cream, repeat, finish with cream.
  • Dust with cocoa and chill for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Overnight = the best flavor. Like coffee and cream had time to fall in love.
