- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 20–24 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Whip the cream, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla till thick.
Dunk ladyfingers in coffee — quick dip, don’t soak!
Layer cookies, spread cream, repeat, finish with cream.
Dust with cocoa and chill for at least 4 hours.
Overnight = the best flavor. Like coffee and cream had time to fall in love.
