Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • something to spread with

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick plain kefir yogurt
  • ¼ cup nut butter
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips optional, but honestly… add them

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Warm your nut butter a bit, drizzle it on, and swirl like you're decorating a cake show entry.
  • Throw on nuts and chocolate chips.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  • Snap into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

Use thick kefir so your bark doesn’t turn into yogurt soup. Store it in the freezer to keep it nice and crunchy.
