Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Tall glasses
  • Knife & cutting board
  • Straw (optional, but makes it feel like diner-style fun)

Ingredients

  • 75 g Fresh Strawberries Main flavor — fresh or slightly frozen works best for a thicker shake.
  • 75 9 Vanilla Ice Cream Gives that dreamy creaminess and classic flavor.
  • 75–100 ml Whole Milk (chilled) Adjust thickness — more milk = thinner, less milk = thicker.
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Only if your berries aren’t naturally sweet.

Instructions

  • Prep the Strawberries
Give your berries a good wash, hull them, and chop roughly. Sprinkle on the sugar if you like, then either freeze them for 30–60 minutes or let them sit for about 15 minutes to get nice and juicy.
  • Purée the Fruit
Toss those strawberries (and their syrupy juices) into your blender. Blend until smooth — no big chunks allowed.
  • Add Milk & Ice Cream
Now pour in the chilled milk and scoop in the vanilla ice cream. Blend again until you’ve got a silky, frothy pink cloud of happiness.
  • Adjust the Consistency
Too thick? Add a splash more milk. Too thin? Add another spoon of ice cream. You’re the boss here.
  • Serve It Up
Pour your shake into a tall, chilled glass. Garnish with a strawberry or a dollop of whipped cream if you’re feeling extra. Pop in a straw (or grab a spoon), and enjoy right away — before someone else steals it.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe strawberries if you can — they’ll give you that pure, fruity flavor.
Got a weak blender? Start with the fruit and a bit of milk first, then add ice cream once it’s smooth.
Want it extra thick? Add more ice cream or use frozen berries.
If, by some miracle, you have leftovers (unlikely), stash them in the fridge and re-blend before sipping — texture might not be perfect, but it’ll still taste great.
Feel free to get creative: add a spoon of malted milk powder for a toasty flavor, a swirl of strawberry jam for sweetness, or even a splash of lemon juice to brighten it up.
