- ½ cup rice
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- Cinnamon (optional but so good)
Simmer rice, water, and salt for 10 minutes.
Add milk and sugar, stir till creamy (about 20 minutes).
Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
Serve warm or cold — both hit differently but deliciously.
Add raisins or coconut milk for a glow-up.
