Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rice
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Cinnamon (optional but so good)

Instructions
 

  • Simmer rice, water, and salt for 10 minutes.
  • Add milk and sugar, stir till creamy (about 20 minutes).
  • Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
  • Serve warm or cold — both hit differently but deliciously.

Notes

Add raisins or coconut milk for a glow-up.
