- ΒΌ cup Fresh mint leaves Cool factor
- 1 tbsp Honey To your taste
- 1 cup Cold or sparkling water Still to blend, fizzy to serve
Rinse plums and mint well.
Blend pitted plums, mint, honey, and water until smooth.
Strain into a glass over ice.
