Instructions
Oven to 200°F if you want to keep stuff warm.
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg till smooth in that bowl.
Dip croissant halves quick—flip, press, drip off excess (no mush marathons).
Butter up the skillet on medium, fry 4 -3 halves cut-side down 5 mins per side till golden. Oven 'em warm.
Repeat with the rest, more butter if needed. Pile on toppings and dig in hot!
