Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk or water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 Ice cubes as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add avocado, spinach, pineapple, and liquid into the blender.
  • Sprinkle in chia seeds if using.
  • Toss in a few ice cubes.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy while fresh.
