Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or almond/soy/oat)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop it into the blender.
  • Pour in the milk, sweetener (if using), and ice.
